What Foods should I be Eating

I am going to give you an overview of foods you should be eating to be healthy.

First of all you need to keep high-calorie sweets like cakes, ice cream and biscuits as well as fatty and fried foods far away. These food slowdown good nutrition. So here is what you should have.

Eat More: Raw fruit, salads and vegetables. Peas, beans and lentils. Seafood, sardines, and salmon. White meat, brown rice and wholewheat pasta. Unsweetened cereals, wholegrain and oatmeal.

Eat Less: Dairy products(cheese, eggs, cream, full cream milk). Processed and smoked meats (ham, sausages, bacon) High fat and high sugar foods foods, sources. Ready made meals.

To Help Preserve Nutrients: Eat fruit and vegetables fresh and raw whenever possible. Lightly steam rather than boil vegetables. Stir fry rather than fry. Avoid leaving vegetables soaking in water, prepare and cook. Avoid adding salt to food and avoid food made with white flour.

Hope this give you an idea.

I Want to lose weight and Shape up

This is a very talked about subject and it will be talked about for many years to come and why is that, well we have an obesity problem world wide. The main problem is the way we eat, fast food, microwave food, food on the go, and all of the quick fix foods have alot of carbohydrates that cause you to eat more and more. Do not worry there is light at the end of the tunnel. What I have found over the years is that if your mindset is right you can achieve anything. So you want to lose weight and have no idea how to start. There are two ways to go about it. The first is alone and the second is with a Weightloss Coach. I will tell you now that doing it alone 95% of people do not make it. My advice if find a coach and one that will be there for you. I have helped alot of people in this area and if you have the right coach you will get results. It has been found that 80% of people that have worked through a Weightloss Coach have made it. In my next post I will be writing about what you should be eating. Good Luck

"Don't be afraid to challenge the pros"

"Don't be afraid to challenge the pros, even in their own backyard."

Learn from the pros, observe them, seek them out as mentors and partners.
But remember that even the pros may have leveled out in terms of their
learning and skills. Sometimes even the pros can become complacent and
lazy. Leadership does not emerge from blind obedience to anyone. Xerox's
Barry Rand was right on target when he warned his people that if you have
a yes-man working for you, one of you is redundant. Good leadership
encourages everyone's evolution.

Sometimes it is hard

I was thinking back to a mtb race I did this year and it was a shocker. This was not the first time riding this race but it was definitely the hardest it had ever been. The reason why it was so hard is that the night before the course had 60mm of rain and it was just mud and mud and more mud. I got to 30km and I had had enough and then I thought to myself, if I quite who am I letting down and the only answer I could come up with is MYSELF, so on I went as finishing was winning in its self and looking back I got the medal and that is what counts. So why am I telling you this storie. 1st is that you should never quite what you start and 2nd things that are worth achieving are hard. I now want to relate this to our weight and yes loosing weight is hard and most people stop just before they get to the goal, why is this. Most people try and do it alone and when the times get tough, they have nobody to talk to. Over the years I have helped alot of people with their weight and everybody is different so achieving the goal is different. What I have found that by working together that 80% of the people I helped reached there goal and that is awesome. I am on a mission to help as many people as possible and this for me is a great privilege. Till next time stay positive.
