Sometimes it is hard

I was thinking back to a mtb race I did this year and it was a shocker. This was not the first time riding this race but it was definitely the hardest it had ever been. The reason why it was so hard is that the night before the course had 60mm of rain and it was just mud and mud and more mud. I got to 30km and I had had enough and then I thought to myself, if I quite who am I letting down and the only answer I could come up with is MYSELF, so on I went as finishing was winning in its self and looking back I got the medal and that is what counts. So why am I telling you this storie. 1st is that you should never quite what you start and 2nd things that are worth achieving are hard. I now want to relate this to our weight and yes loosing weight is hard and most people stop just before they get to the goal, why is this. Most people try and do it alone and when the times get tough, they have nobody to talk to. Over the years I have helped alot of people with their weight and everybody is different so achieving the goal is different. What I have found that by working together that 80% of the people I helped reached there goal and that is awesome. I am on a mission to help as many people as possible and this for me is a great privilege. Till next time stay positive.
